Shipping timelines reflect total order processing and shipping times. Your order will be processed and shipped within 5 business days of the order date—you can also check on the status of your order with the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
Due to shipping delays across the US, we’ve adjusted our standard shipping timeline to 2-10 business days—please know we’re working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

HOW CAN I MAKE SURE I GET MY ORDER BEFORE DECEMBER 24?
If you’re in the US and FedEx delivers to you, you’ll need to order your goodies by December 19 at 11:59 pm PST. We’ll automatically upgrade your shipping to make sure your gift arrives on time (don’t sweat it—shipping’s still free).
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR RURAL ZIP CODES?
Yes, but we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes—selecting standard shipping is the way to go.
Please note that if you have a US rural address, you’ll be unable to order hazardous materials including aerosols.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?
We’ll respond to you. Reach out to us with your order and tracking ID, full name, email address, shipping address, courier name, the date it was shipped, and the missing item(s) from your order.
I LIVE IN PUERTO RICO. WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE AND WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
If you live in Puerto Rico, shipping is free. You will receive your order 2-7 business days after it leaves our distribution center.
